How to take
SYNBIOTICS+: take 1 capsule daily with water.
ACTIVICO: take 15–30 minutes before a meal with two glasses of water or juice. It is recommended to start with a small amount. For adults — 2–8 capsules 1–2 times daily.
For convenience, the products can be taken at different times: fibre before meals and SYNBIOTICS+ at another time of day.
