One set, two complementary approaches to the same goal. Each 25 ml shot contains 5 g of collagen peptides, 50 mg of hyaluronic acid, 250 mg of vitamin C, 10 mg of zinc, 10 mg of coenzyme Q10, and biotin. How to take
